2. Description of Service

ToolYourApp provides an automated analysis and community evaluation platform for App Store Connect analytics and app materials. Users can create accounts, upload screenshots, input app information, receive AI-generated insights (provided by OpenAI) for third-party tools and strategies, and participate in anonymous peer ratings to evaluate other users' uploaded materials.

3. User Accounts and Security

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. User Content and License

By uploading screenshots, analytics data, app information, or providing peer ratings ("User Content") to ToolYourApp, you retain all ownership rights to your original content.

However, you grant ToolYourApp a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, modify, and distribute this content for the purposes of operating, improving, and expanding our Service. This includes, but is not limited to, displaying your uploaded materials anonymously to other users for peer evaluation, and using aggregated, anonymized data to train our recommendation systems and algorithms.

You agree not to upload User Content that contains personally identifiable information (PII) of your end-users, confidential trade secrets, or data you do not have the legal right to share.

5. AI Disclaimer and No Guarantee of Results

The insights, scores, and tool recommendations provided by the Service are generated automatically by artificial intelligence and peer feedback. They are for informational and educational purposes only.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ANY SPECIFIC FINANCIAL RESULTS, APP GROWTH, OR IMPROVED CONVERSION RATES. YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY BUSINESS OR FINANCIAL DECISIONS YOU MAKE BASED ON THE SERVICE'S OUTPUT. ALWAYS VERIFY AI-GENERATED ADVICE BEFORE IMPLEMENTING CHANGES TO YOUR APP.

6. Affiliate and Advertising Disclosure

The Service is free to use. To support the operation and development of the Service, we participate in various affiliate marketing programs. This means that if you click on a link to a suggested tool and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. We also promote affiliated products within our newsletter.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator of ToolYourApp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service, reliance on its AI-generated advice, or any affiliate links provided.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Germany.
